Got this for our anniversary and we’ve been scratching one a week. The mini-road-trip card nudged us to a town we’d never visited. It’s like having a creative friend plan dates for you.

We scratch a movie genre that we are in the mood for and go—decision made. We’ve discovered five hidden gems already & they were awesome! Popcorn tastes better when you’re not arguing over picks.

We started with a slow-burn Level 1 card—I won't ruin the surprise for you but it was a blast—and went from giggles to a make-out that felt like our first date again. The massage prompt had us whispering fantasies we’d never shared. We both went to sleep grinning.

We used the romance color for a double date and everyone loved the surprise. The box keeps things spontaneous and fun. Zero debates, just movie magic.

We picked the Strokes of Affection card and set up a little wine-and-cheese station with two canvases across from each other. Within five minutes we were cracking up trying to paint each other’s faces. Tommy gave me runway-model cheekbones and I gave him… very enthusiastic eyebrows. 😂 What we loved most was how easy it was to get out of “day mode” and into play. Two hours flew by while we teased, complimented, and actually talked. It wasn’t about being “good” at painting—just being present together. We even named our masterpieces and hung them in the kitchen, which now makes us smile every time we walk by.

We scratch a Movie Night card on Wednesdays (the cards have brought us into some great hidden gems!), a red date night box card on Saturdays, and an After Dark card once the house is quiet. Suddenly we’re not arguing about “what to do” anymore—it's decided for us. We feel closer, playful, and are having so much fun!

My partner and I were long distance for a while and this helped us reconnect. Each date feels special and planned, even though it's a surprise. The quality of the cards is beautiful too!
